All Business accounts are subject to credit checks. Please allow 3-5 working
days before you will receive confirmation by letter that your account is open.
MONTHLY CREDIT ACCOUNT TERM
Terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice.
PRICES
All our prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged
at the rate of ruling at the relevant tax date.
WARRANTY
Cartridge Line uses only the best imaging supplies and guarantees that any
cartridge supplied by Cartridge Line will perform as well as the original
manufacturers cartridge under similar conditions. If you are dissatisfied
with the results of any of our pre-filed/remanufactured cartridges, please
return the cartridge together with the receipt or invoice and a test print
and Cartridge Line will either repair the faulty cartridge, credit the full
amount against the cost of a new cartridge in exchange for the faulty cartridge.
In the unlikely event of a claim that the cartridge Line cartridge caused
damage to the printing mechanism of your equipment, please obtain a written
statement from the manufacturer of the equipment stating how the cartridge
Line pre-filled/remanufactured cartridge was responsible for the said damage.
Send this statement and the service invoice to us and cartridge Line will
reimburse the full amount of the repair charge for any such claim.
RETENTION OF GOODS
The title of the goods is reserved by cartridge Line until payment of the
purchase price is made in full. Responsibility for maintenance and insurance
passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
CLAIMS AND ERRORS
If a package is received damaged, or there are shortages, the original packaging
and the outer wrapping must be retained and the carrier or post office must
be informed within 3 days from receipt of goods. Any new cartridge or product
that has been opened in error cannot be credited. This does not affect your
statuary rights
