STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Island provided orders are received by us before 4.30pm.


For deliveries to the Islands (Channel Islands, The Scillies, The Isle of Man, The Hebrides, The Shetland and Orkney Islands) customers should allow up to 72hrs.


Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK Nationwide Delivery will cost £5.95 with Highlands and Islands incurring an extra charge of £12.00. Furniture delivery charges will be £15.00 if outside a 10 mile radius of one of our stores.

 

RETURNS
Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied.

·         Delivery note number

·         Internet order number

·         Product code and description of the item(s)

·         The quantity of each item(s) ordered

·         The quantity of each item(s) received

·         Ensure the item if not faulty is returned unopened and in preteen condition

 

 

BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.


Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.


If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.

SHORTAGES

If an item that you have ordered does not arrive please email us immediately, shortages not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not be credited or re-sent.
