Delivery of goods
- Our standard delivery service is next working day, on rare occasions this may not be possible. Whilst we will do everything possible to ensure that you get your delivery next working day, we cannot be held responsible should a delivery not arrive with you for the next working day. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please call our customer service department on 01392 684-684 for further information.
- Delivery of goods are charged at £5.00 per order on orders with a value less than £80, all orders with a net value over £80 delivery is free of charge in the UK.
- Delivery of furniture is charged at a standard £20 charge for UK delivery on orders below £150, orders over £150 the delivery is free of charge. Note furniture items can take up to 3 -5 working days for delivery.
- Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday or if a bank holiday applies it will be on the following Tuesday. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Next day Pre 12.00pm delivery is available upon request, this service is charged at £15.00 ex vat on any order value. Should you require a pre-10.00am delivery it is charged at £25.00 ex vat. Should you require any of these delivery services, please contact us on 01392 684-684. should we not hear from you, your delivery will be sent on our standard next day delivery service.
