Delivery Policy
Subject to stock availability orders will be processed the same working day if placed before 17.00 (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after this time and on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day (Monday – Friday).
Delivery times are between 8:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). All deliveries must be signed for and the number of parcels must be checked at receipt of order. Any disputes regarding the number of parcels received cannot be made if they were not indicated on the paperwork at the time of receipt. Standard delivery is next working day where available. Locations where next day delivery are not available will be shown at the delivery stage of the checkout process once you have entered your delivery postcode.
You should ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If nobody is available to take receipt of the delivery we reserve the right to charge an additional £4.99 (+Vat) for each additional delivery attempt to cover additional administration and delivery costs.
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. We also deliver to Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man, although we cannot guarantee a next day service in these locations. Please note we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses.
Delivery Services & Costs
Standard next working day delivery (Monday to Friday)
Orders under £30.00 (ex Vat) = £4.99 + Vat
Orders over £30.00 (ex Vat) = Free
Priority next working day delivery (Monday to Friday)
Orders under £30 (ex Vat) = £8.33 + Vat (£10.00 inc Vat)
Orders over £30 (ex Vat) = £4.99 + Vat (£5.99 inc Vat)
Royal Mail Postage Stamps
All orders = £3.95 + Vat (£4.74 inc Vat)
If you pay for guaranteed next working delivery and your order fails to arrive we will refund your delivery charge. This excludes items that are out of stock at time of order and items not covered by our standard delivery service.
*Please note we are unable to offer a next day delivery to some UK locations (e.g Aberdeen). Full details of the delivery services available for your location will be provided once you've entered your delivery address at the checkout.
Certain items such as furniture, chairs, safes and some electrical equipment are not covered by our standard delivery policy and may incur additional charges. Products that do not qualify for our standard delivery service will be indicated on the item product page of our website and will be subject to additional delivery charges as indicated. These charges are also detailed in our Delivery Policy.
Office Furniture delivery
Delivery – 2 working days
Delivery only = FREE - ITEMS ARE NONE RETURNABLE - Damaged Goods will have parts replaced
We use a specialist furniture logistics company for all furniture orders and endeavour to deliver all stock available items within 2-3 working days. Our standard office furniture delivery service is to kerbside/warehouse only and advise you contact us first to discuss other options if this is not suitable before placing your order. The majority of furniture items are delivered flat packed and are self-assembly. We do not offer an installation service for these items. Please note we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for failed furniture deliveries.

Office Chairs & Small Furniture delivery

Some office chairs and furniture items are self-assembly and we do not offer an installation service for these items. Please call to check before placing your order if you would like clarification of which items require assembly. Please note we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for failed deliveries.

Security & Fire Safes
Delivery – 7-14 working days
Delivery to ground floor only = Free of charge - ITEMS ARE NONE RETURNABLE - Damaged Goods will have parts replaced
We offer a free delivery for fire and security safes to the ground floor only if there is no access restrictions (e.g. times, steps, door size, etc). If delivery is required to a different floor or delivery restrictions apply please contact us before placing your order as there may be an additional charge. Please note we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for failed safe deliveries.

Damaged Items / Picking Errors / Shortages / Additional Items
Damaged items, picking errors or shortages on an order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. We are unable to replace, exchange or provide a credit for any claims made after this period. You must also ensure that we are informed of any additional items supplied in error or in excess of your order. These items will be collected (at our cost) and must be returned as new, in a resalable condition in their original unmarked packaging. We reserve the right to charge you for any goods delivered in error, where you have not followed these conditions.
Faulty Goods
